The Fee Entry, Cost Entry, and Client Funds Entry programs each have two modes:

Detail The Detail mode shows all fields on the entry window. The button is used to toggle between Detail and Rapid modes of data entry.
Rapid The Rapid mode simplifies the data entry process by reducing the number of fields shown in the window. Only the most pertinent fields are shown thereby streamlining data entry. Fields that typically are not changed from their default values are not shown. Rapid mode provides many benefits including faster data entry, fewer keystrokes, less errors, and shorter training times. The button is used to toggle between Detail and Rapid modes of data entry. When using Rapid mode, "Rapid" is displayed in the title bar.

Note: Certain fields will not be available in the Fee Entry program unless the user belongs to an access profile that has Detail Fee View rights. Likewise, the button is available in the Fee Entry program only if the user belongs to an access profile that has Detail Fee View rights.

This setting is stored in the STI.INI file for subsequent sessions.
