Maximum of 9,999.99. The appropriate rate for this client will be displayed based on the default billing rate. This rate can be changed by entering the desired rate in this field or specifying a different Rate Code. A popup calculator is available when editing this field.

The "<" and ">" keys can be used to increase or decrease the hourly rate by one dollar at a time.

Note: If both the Rate and Hours to Bill fields for a fee are 0.00, but the Amount is greater than $0.00, the Rate and Hours will not be shown for that fee when it is included on a statement.

Note: If the selected Rate Code is "8" (or “0” and displaying “Tcode Amount”) then the Amount from the transaction code file will be retrieved and the Rate field will be dimmed and unavailable. The value shown in the Rate field will be calculated and displayed after the Hours have been entered. The Rate will be calculated by dividing the Amount by the Hours.
