Maximum of 3 digits (1-999). The default category is the category assigned in the Client file. Only existing categories will be accepted. The category's description will be displayed after the category is entered.

button can be used to open the Category Lookup
window that allows you to view a list of categories and select any category by double-clicking it.
Right-clicking this field displays a shortcut menu that allows easy access to the Category program for adding or editing purposes.
