General Fee Format Cost/Payment Format Layouts

The Fee Format tab determines the format of the fee transactions and optional fee recap on the statement. The options in the Include box to the right of the Fee Format box apply to the fees. The options in the Include box to the right of the Fee Recap box apply to the Fee Recap.
