The Amount format indicates how dollar amounts will be shown on the statement. The following options are available:
| Detail | The Detail setting indicates the dollar amount for each individual fee transaction will be printed on the statement. Subtotal and total dollar amounts will also be printed. |
| Subtotals & Totals | The Subtotals & Totals setting indicates amounts for each individual fee transaction will not be printed. However, subtotal and total dollar amounts will be printed. |
| Totals Only | The Totals Only setting indicates only the total dollar amount will be printed. Subtotal amounts will not be printed and neither will the dollar amount for each individual fee transaction. |
