The text entered in each of the Profession Customization fields is used to label specific fields and functions throughout the software. The text is also used on reports. All characters are automatically shifted to uppercase (though only the first letter of each word is capitalized in the software and on reports).

Client Label Maximum of 10 characters. This field defines what is referred to as the key field. All data entry and retrieval of records is performed for a specified key (e.g., Client, Matter, Job, Project, etc.).
Timekeeper Label Maximum of 10 characters. This field defines the type of professional using Tabs3 (attorney, accountant, consultant, etc.).

Note: The following characters cannot be used in the Client Label or Timekeeper Label fields: | ~ { }
