The Timekeeper Initials check box determines whether the initials will print next to each fee transaction on the statement. The following is an example of a statement with timekeeper initials.

RJB  Telephone conference with client.

RJB  Letter to client's trustee.

PAM  Telephone conference with client's trustee.

Select this check box if you want the timekeepers' initials printed for each fee transaction on the statement.

Clear this check box is you do not want the timekeepers' initials printed for each fee transaction on the statement.

Note: The "Timekeeper" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Timekeeper" is used in all documentation.
