The Tabs3 Client Labels program prints mailing labels based on Tabs3 client information. The Tabs3 Client Labels window includes a list with more than 40 client data field selections as well as other output options. These client data field selections can be used to select clients and to select the order in which the labels will be printed by designating a particular field to be used for sorting purposes. The fields printed on the labels are automatically selected.

Notes Regarding Printing Labels

The OK button can be used to display the Print dialog box.

The Cancel button can be used to close the Tabs3 Client Labels window.

Click Test Page if you want to print a test pattern to help you line up your labels on your printer prior to printing a batch of labels. You can print as many test patterns as desired. The Print dialog box will be displayed allowing you to print the test page of labels. The Print Test Page button is only available if One-across, Two-across or Avery Laser is selected for the Output Format.

The Load and Save buttons are used in conjunction with Tabs3's report definitions.

The Reset button can be used to clear all selection criteria and sort orders specified.

Notes: The Tabs3 Client Labels program prints mailing labels only. You cannot select additional fields to print on the label. If you require additional flexibility and would like to design your own labels, contact the consultant from which you purchased the software or our Sales Department for information regarding the Tabs3 Report Writer or ODBC drivers.

You may want to define a special Windows printer specifically for printing labels so that you do not have to adjust the margins each time you print labels.

Note: When generating Client Labels with the Export option selected, the Email Address shown on the Address tab of the Client Information window is automatically included in the export file as the last field for each client.
