If you want to print labels for certain clients based on one of the displayed Tabs3 fields, you must select the field as a selection criteria. For example, you may want to print labels for clients whose Client ID is less than "5000" or for clients whose Primary Timekeeper is "1" or for clients whose Date Opened is greater than "01/01/26." Or, you may want to print labels for clients based on all three of these criteria. You can select as many selection criteria as desired. You can even specify multiple ranges on a single selection criteria (i.e., multiple ranges of Client IDs).

To select a field to be used as a selection criteria or change the selection criteria specified for a field, double-click the field. A Field Options window will be displayed allowing you to specify selection criteria for the field. When you exit this window, the field will be bolded to indicate that it will be used as a selection criterion. The Lower Limit and Upper Limit specified in the Field Options Window will also be displayed. The field selected will also be displayed an additional time with no Lower Limit or Upper Limit. If you want to select an additional range for this field, double-click the field without the Lower Limit and Upper Limit and specify an additional range.
