Tabs3 Billing allows you print a receipt from the Payment Entry, Payment Information, and Client Funds Entry windows.

The (Print Receipt) button in the Payment and Client Funds Entry windows, or the Print Receipt link on the Take Action pane of the Payment Information window, opens a Print dialog box, allowing you to print, preview, or save a receipt of the payment.

The receipt displays general information about the payment transaction, including the Client ID, Work Description, Statement #, Receipt Type (including the check # if the Type selected is Check), Reference, Received By, Date, Description, and Amount.

When printing a receipt from the Client Funds Entry window, a receipt can be printed for Deposits. The receipt displays general information about the deposit, including the Client ID, Work Description, Receipt Type, Reference, Received By, Date, Description, and Amount.
