| Credit Card Receipt |
After processing a credit card transaction, you will be prompted to print a credit card receipt for this transaction. You can print a credit card receipt at a later time from the Electronic Transaction Receipt or Credit Card Transaction window.
Note: The Electronic Transaction Receipt and Credit Card Transaction windows are only accessible while the associated Tabs3 Billing transaction is still work-in-process. However, receipts for archived payments can be printed from the Payment Information window.
The receipt printed displays the amount and general information about the credit card transaction, including the card type and last four digits of the credit card number. No secure credit card information is shown on this receipt. A space is provided for the credit card holder to sign the receipt, which should be kept on file with the firm in case of dispute. A copy of the receipt may also be presented to the client as proof of payment.
A Print dialog box will be displayed, allowing you to print, preview or save the receipt.
