The Print Optional Columns check box is only available when accessing the Fee or Cost Verification Lists.

Select this check box if you want all information available to you to be included on the report.

Clear this check box if you want the optional columns excluded from the report. Excluding the optional columns results in a cleaner report, narrower report width, a larger font and ultimately a more readable report. The following columns are excluded from the list when this check box is cleared:

Fee Verification List Cat (Category), Date Entered, SR (Source), HP (Hold/Print), TX (Tax), BC (Bill Code), and RC (Rate Code).

Note: The Rate and Amount columns print on the Fee Verification List only if the user has Detail Fee View rights.

Cost Verification List Date Entered, Src (Source), HP (Hold/Print), TX (Tax), BC (Bill Code), RC (Rate Code), and Tmkr (Timekeeper).
