This section lets you select which columns you want included on the report. Keep in mind that the more columns selected, the wider the report and the smaller the font. You may find that selecting fewer columns generates a more readable report.

The following columns can be included or excluded from the report. Select the check box if you want the column included on the report.

Amount This column is labeled Amount and represents the amount that will be billed for each transaction.
Write-Up/Write-Down Amount

This column is labeled Write-Up/Down Amt and represents a different figure depending on whether or not the Write-Up/Write-Down Hours column is selected.

If the Write-Up/Write-Down Hours column is cleared, this figure represents the calculated dollar amount of the write-up/write-down based on Hours to Bill [i.e. Amount minus (Rate x Hours to Bill)]. The value of the difference between the Hours Worked and Hours to Bill is not included.

However, if the Write-Up/Write-Down Hours column is selected, this figure represents the write-up/write-down amount based on the Hours Worked [i.e., Amount minus (Rate x Hours Worked)].

Note: The word "Progress" in this column indicates that the fee transaction is a Type 6 progress fee.
