General Fee Format Cost/Payment Format Layouts

The Layouts tab lets you specify optional page layouts created using the Statement Designer for each of four separate parts of the statement: The first page, continuation pages, the optional envelopes, and the optional cover statement. If you prefer not to use page layouts for one or more of these statement parts, simply leave the corresponding field(s) blank. If a field is left blank, or if the page layout assigned has been renamed or deleted, that part of the statement will print using the standard formatting options configured in Statement Setup.
