Click the button and select the desired page layout to be used for the second page and all subsequent pages of cover statements printed using this statement template. Page layouts are created and modified using the Statement Designer program. Any page layout can be selected, and selecting a page layout in the Cover Page 2 field does not prevent it from being selected for other fields on the Layouts tab.

Note: If the statement template has no page layout assigned in the Cover Page 2 field, but has page layouts specified for Page 2, then the second and subsequent pages of the cover statement will use the page layout assigned in the Page 2 field.
