Click the button and select the desired page layout to be used for the second page and all subsequent pages of statements printed using this statement template. Page layouts are created and modified using the Statement Designer program. Any page layout can be selected, and selecting a page layout in the Page 2 field does not prevent it from being selected for other fields on the Layouts tab.
