The Recap of Hours Report program allows you to print a report of worked hours that have been entered for one or more timekeepers during a specified date range. This report shows the number of billable and non-billable hours by day for each timekeeper. Or, as an option, you can specify to show daily totals only. The total hours by day for each timekeeper is shown along with the total number of billable and non-billable hours for each week. Totals are shown at the end of each timekeeper's report as well as grand totals at the end of the report. An option to shade the daily totals is available allowing you to specify the minimum number of hours per day thus making it easy to spot days with missing time sheets. This report can be run for any date range because the information is taken from the work-in-process and archive files. The report includes both billed and unbilled time. The following options are available:
Start Each Timekeeper on a New Page
Shade Daily Totals if Less Than XXXXXX Hours
The OK button can be used to display the Print dialog box that allows you to print, preview or save the list. When the Recap of Hours Report is displayed using the Preview option, you can drill down to individual fee transactions allowing you to edit data directly via the Fee Recap Lookup window. Clicking on the Billable total for a day will display a list of billable transactions; clicking on the Non-Billable total for a day will display a list of non-billable transactions; and clicking on the daily Total will display a list with billable and non-billable transactions. Double-clicking an individual work-in-process transaction will open a fee data entry window allowing you to review, edit or delete the transaction.
The Cancel button can be used to close the Recap of Hours Report window.
The Load and Save buttons are used in conjunction with Tabs3's report definitions.
