| Fee Recap Lookup Window |
The Fee Recap Lookup window includes the fee transactions for the timekeeper and date specified in the Recap of Hours window, and the timekeeper specified in the Recap of Hour Settings window. It can be accessed from the Recap of Hours window or via the Fee Entry program. The Fee Recap Lookup window is also shown when using the drill-down feature when previewing a Recap of Hours Report. Both work-in-process transactions and archived transactions are included. Double-clicking a work-in-process transaction will display the transaction in the Fee Entry window for reviewing and editing purposes.
The following columns are included in the Fee Recap Lookup window:
| Client | This column shows the Client ID for each fee transaction. |
| Client Name | This column shows the client name. |
| Work Description | This column shows the client's work description. |
| Ref | This column shows the reference number assigned to each fee transaction. The text "ARCH" (Archived) will be displayed in this column for archived transactions. |
| BC | The label "BC" is an abbreviation for Bill Code. This column shows whether the Bill Code specified for each fee transaction is billable ("B") or non-billable ("N"). A "B" in this column indicates a billable transaction (i.e., transactions with a Bill Code of "0," "3" or "4"). An "N" in this column indicates a non-billable transaction (i.e., transactions with a Bill Code of "1" or "2"). |
| Hours | This column shows the number of Hours Worked specified for each fee transaction. |
| Amount |
This column shows the amount specified for each fee transaction. Note: If a user does not have access rights to the Detail data entry mode, information in the Amount column will be replaced with a "-". |
| Description | This column shows the description specified for each fee transaction. |
By default, fees are sorted by archived status and then by entry order.
