Enter the date range of fee transactions that you want to include. Any date range can be selected. The default beginning date is the first day of the current month. The default ending date is the system date. Enter the date in month/day/year format (i.e., mm/dd/yyyy). The "/" characters are automatically inserted.

button can be used to open a Calendar
window that allows you to select a date.
