This option provides an exception report for the Recap of Hours Report making it easy to visually identify days for an individual timekeeper whose total hours are less than a specified number of hours.

A maximum of 23.99 hours can be specified with the default being 8.00 hours. A popup calculator is available when editing this field.

Select this check box if you want the daily total shaded if the worked hours is less than the specified number of hours. For example, if you select this check box and specify a minimum of 4.00 hours, the total will be shaded for any days whose total hours is less than 4.00.

Note: The Gray Shade Density % defined in the Advanced Printing Features window determines whether gray shading is used and the darkness of the shading. This option is defined for each printer.

Clear this check box if you do not want totals shaded for days whose total hours do not meet a minimum specified number of hours.
