button | click The Recap of Hours Settings dialog controls what hours are shown on the Recap of Hours window.
| Default Timekeeper |
Maximum of 3 characters (1-999 or A-ZZZ). Enter the number or initials of the timekeeper for whom fees will be shown when first opening the Recap of Hours window. The timekeeper’s name will be displayed after the timekeeper is entered. The Timekeeper field will default to the timekeeper assigned to your user, or if no timekeeper is linked, to the first timekeeper number that you have access rights to upon first opening the Recap of Hours Settings window. Thereafter, the last timekeeper selected will be stored. |
| Include comparison to daily target of X Hours |
Select this check box to show the current hours as a portion of the target on the Day option, or show the target as a green line on the Week or Months options. When selected, a target number can be entered. The target number has a minimum of 1.00 and a maximum of 24.00 hours. Entering a comparison target is useful for determining how close the selected timekeeper’s daily Hours Worked is to the specified target. Clear this check box to exclude the target comparison from the Recap of Hours window. |
The OK button will close the Recap or Hours Setting dialog and update the Recap of Hours window with the current settings.
