Clicking on any row in the table will drill down to the Tabs3 Billing Matter Manager for the selected matter.

Depending on the bar or total clicked, the Accounts Receivable window may be limited to specific information, including a specific aging period (e.g., 0-30 days), transaction type (All, Fees, or Costs), or Dashboard Filter options (one or more timekeepers, categories, or locations).

The top of the window shows a bar that includes the title of the graph, including the aging period and transaction type. The color of the bar indicates its age, ranging from green for the most recent aging period, to red for the oldest aging period. When all time periods are included, the bar is blue. Below the bar, the applied Dashboard Filter is shown (if any).

Clicking the Print () icon will open the standard Windows Print dialog box to print the current Accounts Receivable list.

Clicking the Copy to Clipboard () will copy the contents of the table to the Windows clipboard. When using Copy to Clipboard, the table retains some formatting for pasting into other programs.

The Balances as of date and time is shown at the bottom right of the widow. To refresh this date, close the Accounts Receivable window, refresh the dashboard, and then click on the bar or total to open a new Accounts Receivable window using the refreshed information.

Note: The accounts receivable amounts shown here does not include clients with a net zero balance. Transactions for the entire firm are included, unless a Dashboard Filter is applied.
