The Options section allows you to select whether a fee record will be created for the current call, if a timer record will be started, and whether the Windows Phone Dialer will be used to dial the phone number selected in the Phone Numbers section.

Create a Fee for Client

Select this check box if you want a new fee entry window automatically opened for the client when you click OK.

When this check box is selected, you can enter the Client ID or up to 16 characters of the Name Search field to look up the desired client. The client's name and work description will be displayed after the client is selected. Alternatively, the button can be used to open the Client Lookup window that allows you to view a list of clients and select a client record by double-clicking it.
  Start Timer Select this check box if you want the timer to automatically start when the Fee Entry window is opened. This check box is available only when the Create a Fee for Client check box is selected.
Use Windows Phone Dialer to dial phone Select this check box if you want the Phone Dialer to use the Microsoft Phone and Modem capabilities to dial the selected phone number.

Note: The "Client" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Client" is used in all documentation.
