Select the Do not show again when clicking the Dialer button check box if you want to use the current selections the next time the 
button is selected. When this check box is selected, the Phone Dialer window will not be displayed for subsequent uses of the 
toolbar button or button.
To view the Phone Dialer window once this option has been selected, use the File | Dial Phone menu option.
