The Statement Template List shows the information in the statement template file. By default, the template's name and description are included on the list. You can optionally include detail template information and/or the clients assigned to the template.

The Statement Template List window can also be accessed by clicking the button on the toolbar while using the Statement Templates program.

Template ID

Enter the range of statement template IDs you want included. If you only want to include one statement template, enter the statement template ID in both the beginning and ending range fields. If you change the beginning range field, the ending range will default to the value entered in the beginning range.

The button can be used to open the Statement Template Lookup window that allows you to view a list of statement templates and select a statement template record by double-clicking it.

Include Detail Template Information

Select this check box if you want the complete detail contents of the template to be included in the list. Approximately 15 additional lines per template are required when this option is selected.

Clear this check box if you do not want the detail contents of the template included in the list.

Include Clients Assigned to Each Template

Select this check box if you want a list of clients who have been assigned to the statement template. Each client's number, name and work description will be included in the list as well as whether the template is the draft and/or final template.

Clear this check box if you do not want the associated clients included in the list.

The OK button will display the Print dialog box.

The Cancel button will close the Statement Template List Options dialog box without printing the report.
