Statement templates determine the format of the billing statement for each client. Each template consists of the many formatting options used for a particular style of statement. Once a template has been defined, any changes made to a statement template affect all clients who use that template. Statement Templates are defined using the Statement Templates program and are assigned to clients on the Statement Options tab of the Client file. There is no limit to the number of statement templates that can be defined. Each client is assigned a statement template for draft statements and a statement template for final statements.
