Note: Statement templates that are assigned to a client as a draft or final template cannot be deleted. To determine if a template is assigned to a client, print a Statement Template List that includes the clients assigned to the template. You must change the templates assigned to those clients before the template can be deleted. Assigned templates can be easily changed for multiple clients at the same time using the Change Client Options program.

Note: A statement template that is configured as the default for new clients cannot be deleted. In order to delete this statement template, you must first assign the draft and final defaults to a different statement template.

   To delete a statement template

  1. From the Statements menu, select Statement Setup and then click Statement Templates.
  2. Click the button and select the desired statement template.
  3. Click on the toolbar to delete the statement template. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the statement template.
