The Report Suite List allows you to select a report suite from a list of report suites. The Report Suite List includes the following information for each report suite:

Name File name given to the report suite when it was saved.
User ID The User ID of the user who created the report suite.
Description Description given to the report suite when it was saved.

While in a Report Suite List, you can use the PgUp, PgDn, Up-Arrow, Down-Arrow, Home and End keys to scroll through existing report suites (provided focus is on the list portion of the window). Scroll bars can also be used to scroll through the list of report suites. Column widths in the window can be resized and are saved in the STI.INI file. To resize a column, move the mouse pointer between the desired column headings, then click and drag the right side of the column to the desired size.

Report suites are sorted by User ID and then sorted by report suite name. The following options are available:

Show Other Users' Suites

The OK button can be used to select the highlighted report suite.

The Cancel button can be used to close the Report Suite List Window without selecting a report suite.

The Delete button can be used to delete the highlighted report suite. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the report suite.

The Rebuild button can be used to rebuild the table of contents file that stores the report suite and report definition information.
