The Printer option allows you to print a report to any of the defined Windows printers.

To print a report, select Printer when the Print dialog box is displayed. The default printer for your workstation is displayed in the Selected Printer box. If you want to select a different Windows printer, click the drop-down button to display the available Windows printers. The Setup button displays the Printer Setup window, allowing you to specify the font and other options for the selected printer.

After selecting the desired printer, click OK to print the report. The Print Control window will be opened and the information will be sent to the specified printer.
