|||||||||||||||||||||
The Accounts Receivable by Invoice Report shows how much was billed and how much is still due by invoice. Billed and Due amounts are broken down by fees, expenses, advances, finance charge and totals for each invoice. As an option, billed fees and costs for each statement can be further broken down by timekeeper and cost type. The balance due for each statement is shown along with totals. The total balance due for each client is also shown as well as grand totals for the report. The last applied payment amount and date (of processed and WIP payments) is shown. The report can include all statements for a client or only statements with a balance due. The report includes both processed payments and WIP payments. Note: The Detail Accounts Receivable Report and Summary Accounts Receivable Report use the WIP Cut-Off Date as a cut-off date for work-in-process payments. The Accounts Receivable by Invoice Report and Client Ledger Report use the WIP Pymt Cut-Off Date as a cut-off date for work-in-process payments. When using the same date for these options, these reports will always balance with the following exception. Since you must select an ending date for both the Client Ledger and Accounts Receivable by Invoice Report and, whereas, the Detail and Summary Accounts Receivable Reports include all billed amounts regardless of date, if you select an ending date that excludes any billed information, the Detail and Summary Accounts Receivable Reports will not balance with the report for which you selected the ending date.
