Statement Designer layout groups can be exported to a file called a Statement Designer export file. Every page layout included in a layout group is saved as part of the export file, which makes it possible to quickly and easily share page layouts with other Tabs3 Billing users. For example, your authorized Tabs3 consultant might create one or more custom page layouts and provide them to you on a flash drive, via email, or via download from a website on the internet.

   To export a layout group in the Statement Designer:

  1. In the Layout Tree, right-click the layout group to be exported, and select Export Layout Group.
  2. In the Save As dialog, browse to the folder where you want the layout group export file created, and enter a name for the file.
  3. Click Save. The layout group will be saved as a single file with a file extension of *.XPC.
