Adding a Page Layout

 

   To add a page layout in the Statement Designer:

1. In the Layout Tree, right-click a layout group and select Add Page Layout.
   
   ...or...
   
   In the Layout Tree, right-click an existing page layout and select Add Page Layout.
2. In the Add Page Layout dialog box, type a name for the new page layout.
3. Click OK.
