Your firm’s letterhead image can be included on a statement using Statement Designer. The image must be in a .PNG, .JPG, or .BMP format.

   To add a .PNG, .JPG, or .BMP image file to a page layout in the Statement Designer

  1. Select the existing element or elements on the page layout under which the image will appear.

    ...or...

    Skip this step if you want the image to be added at the top left corner of the Page Layout pane.
  2. Click the  toolbar button.
  3. Select the image file you want to have printed on statements.
  4. Click the Open button.
  5. Move the image to the desired placement.

   To embed an image as part of a page layout

  1. Select the existing image on the page layout.
  2. Right-click the image.
  3. In the Embedded field, select Yes.
  4. Close the Image Properties window.

Note: Embedding the image ensures that it will be included with the statement regardless of whether or not the user running statements has access to the image.
