The Embedded field controls whether or not the selected image is saved as part of the page layout. Click the drop-down button and select Yes if you want the image saved as part of the page layout. Select No if you want the image to remain separate from the page layout.

Note: By default, image files are not embedded in the page layout.

Selecting to embed the image as part of the page layout causes the image to become part of your Tabs3 Software data files. This increases the size of the T3STMT.PC file, but it ensures that the image will be included in the backup when you run the Back Up Data Files program.

Note: If you select No, it is recommended that you move the image to the Current Working Directory before filling in the Image File property field. This ensures that all users will be able to access the image, and may prevent the need for additional steps when making an external backup of your data.
