Select the order in which you want the clients to appear on the report.

Note: The Secondary Order section is disabled on the Timekeeper Analysis Report.

Client ID Select ID if you want to print the report in Client ID order.
Client Name Search Select Name Search if you want the report to print alphabetically based on the Name Search field in the client records.
Balance Due Select Balance Due if you want the report to sort the client records in descending balance due order. This feature lets you see the clients with the greatest balance due at the beginning of the report. This option is only available for the Detail Accounts Receivable Report, Summary Accounts Receivable Report, and the Collections Report. Be aware that this option may take a little longer to process because an additional sorting pass is being performed.
Last Payment Date Select Last Payment Date if you want the clients sorted in descending last payment date order. this feature lets you see the clients with the oldest last payment date at the beginning of the report. This option is only available for the Collections Report. Be aware that this option may take a little longer to process because an additional sorting pass is being performed.

For example, if the Report Order is None, then this option is effectively the main sort order.

In another example, if the Report Order is Primary Timekeeper and the Secondary Order is Client Name Search, then separate reports for each primary report order timekeeper will be printed in alpha client order (based on the Name Search field).

Note: The "Client" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Client" is used in all documentation.
