Maximum of 3 digits (1-999). Enter the number to which you want to change the old timekeeper.

If the timekeeper entered in the New Number field does not exist, the label "New" will be displayed.

If both the timekeeper entered in the Old Number field and the timekeeper entered in the New Number field exist, the label "Exists" will be displayed and you will be given the option to Overwrite the existing timekeeper information.

Note: When renumbering multiple timekeepers to the same unused new number, the Timekeeper Level, Name, Initials, and Hourly Rates from the first timekeeper that exists in the list of Old Numbers will be used as the new timekeeper's information.
