Maximum of 3 characters (timekeeper number or initials). Enter the timekeeper number that you want to change. After the timekeeper number is entered, the timekeeper's name will be displayed. If no name is displayed, then no timekeeper record exists for the specified timekeeper number (i.e., it was never created or has since been deleted) or no name was specified for the associated timekeeper record.

The button can be used to open the Timekeeper Lookup window that allows you to view a list of timekeepers and select any timekeeper by double-clicking it.
