Enter the number that you want to change the Old Client ID to. Only unused client numbers can be specified for the New Client ID.

When entering the New Client ID, the system will not accept any Client ID that does not fall in the range of your current Key Type and Decimal Places. For example if your Key Type is Numeric and your Decimal Places is 2, you will not be allowed to enter a New Client ID of 1096.872. If you want to enter a Client ID with 3 decimal digits and the Decimal Places only allows 2 decimal digits, you will first have to change the Decimal Places using the Change Key Type program.

Note: The "Client" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Client" is used in all documentation.
