Maximum amount of 99,999,999.99. This amount represents the total Progress Fees billed (Type 6 transactions). For existing clients, this amount is totaled from the Progress Fees billable field in the client ledger records for the client.

A popup calculator is available when editing this field. The "<" and ">" keys can be used to increase or decrease the amount by one dollar at a time.

This field is typically not used when entering new clients. Entering an amount in this field will generate a corresponding payment record (or will apply a corresponding credit to any amount entered in Fees Due).

Note: This field refers only to Type 6 (progress fee) transactions that have been billed – not Type 0 (normal) billed fees and costs.

Note: This field cannot be edited for clients who have an accounts receivable balance (i.e., have a client ledger record).
