When adding a new client who has a previous balance you may, if desired, exclude any sales tax due from these figures and enter it in the Sales Tax Due row.

Note: Any amounts entered in the Fees Due field will not be included in the Timekeeper Productivity Report.
The amounts entered in Expenses Due and Advances Due are attributed to a cost type of 0 for receipt allocation purposes.
