The Client Inactivity Report can be used to identify clients and cases with no activity in a specified time frame. This report helps you determine which cases need follow up and makes it easy to identify cases that can be marked inactive. You can specify the period of inactivity as the last number of days, weeks, months, or years. You can also specify the types of items you want used to determine inactivity.

The Client Inactivity Report displays the most recent transaction for each client that has not had any activity in a user defined time frame. The report will display the file in which the last activity for the client was found, along with the Date and User who entered the transaction. The client's Primary Timekeeper is also listed in the report.

Note: This report will generate results for all clients, regardless of your assigned timekeeper(s). However, the drill-down feature will only open records you can normally view based on your assigned timekeeper(s).
