Including Unique Information on the Statement

 

Using Miscellaneous Lines for Matter Information on Statement

When you need to print a claim number, PO number, or other unique matter information on the statement, use the Miscellaneous Lines or Work Description instead of address line fields. Miscellaneous lines print on the statement under the Work Description.

Note: If you use the Statement Designer layouts for printing statements, you may need to modify the layout to include the Miscellaneous lines.
