Maximum of 255 characters. These fields provide additional information about the client that can optionally be printed on the billing statement. Put an asterisk ("*") in the first character position of the field if you do not want the field to print on the client's billing statement. Without the asterisk, this field will print in the body of the client's billing statement.

Note: Miscellaneous lines will also print on a cover statement if the client is configured to print a cover statement (provided an asterisk is not in the first character position of the field).

Note: If you leave the Miscellaneous fields blank or put asterisks in the first character position of the Text fields, blank lines for these fields will still print on the statement unless the Print blank miscellaneous lines check box on the Options tab of Statement Customization is cleared.

Statement Designer Note: If a Statement Designer page layout is specified for the statement template assigned to the client, the miscellaneous lines will print where designated in the page layout. Any miscellaneous lines not specifically designated in the page layout will print in the body of the statement. For example, let's say you have a Statement Designer Layout that includes Miscellaneous Line 2. When a statement is printed using that layout, Miscellaneous Line 2 will print according to the Statement Designer Layout, and Miscellaneous Lines 1 and 3 will print in the body of the statement.

Note: An asterisk in the first position prevents the field from printing on the statement or cover statement, regardless of whether Statement Designer is being used.
