| Heading Font |
The Heading Font determines the font used for the firm's name and address when statements are printed. When statements are printed, the firm's name and address information is retrieved from the Headings tab of Statement Customization. If no information is entered for the firm's name and address, this font selection is not used. This font is not used for the optional section headings on the statement (i.e., Fees, Expenses, Payments, etc.). This font is not used for the global ending message defined on the Headings tab of Statement Customization.
The Select button can be used to display the standard Windows Font dialog box, allowing you to specify the Font, Font Style and Font Size. The software supports both proportional fonts and fixed pitch fonts. The Strikeout and Color options are not used. Any change made to the heading font for the selected printer is saved to the STI.INI file when clicking the OK button in the Statement Setup dialog box.
Tip: The firm's name and address information specified on the Headings tab of Statement Customization can be formatted to include bold, italic and underline attributes. If you want the entire heading printed using a bold face font, you can either apply the bold attribute to the heading lines in Statement Customization or select a bold font for the Heading Font. If you want only certain lines to be printed using a bold face font, apply the bold attribute to the desired text in Statement Customization and use a "Regular" (i.e., non-bold) Font Style for the Heading Font.
Note: If the Enable Statement Designer Layouts check box is selected and a valid page layout is assigned in the Page 1 field for the statement template, the Heading Font field is ignored when printing statements.
