The Display | Section Breaks option on the Statement Designer right-click menu lets you control whether or not the boundaries of the header and footer sections are displayed in the Page Layout pane of the Statement Designer window.

When this option is turned on, a check mark appears to the left of the Section Breaks menu option, and the boundaries of the header and footer sections are displayed as blue horizontal lines on the page layout.

When this option is turned off, no check mark appears next to the Section Breaks menu option, and the boundaries of the header and footer sections are not displayed on the page layout.
