The Width field in the Page Layout Properties dialog box lets you control the width of the current page layout, in thousandths of an inch. For example, if you enter 8.500, the page layout will be 8.5 inches wide.

Note: The width specified here cannot exceed the width of the paper on which statements that use this page layout will be printed.

Note: When printing statements using this page layout, the paper width specified in Print Setup will be ignored, and the width specified here will be used instead. For this reason, it is important to make sure the width specified here matches the width of the paper on which the statements will be printed.
