The Image File field is used to specify the original source of the image. Click and browse to the desired image file. You can select any file with of the following three types: *.BMP, *.JPG, and *.PNG. Once an image has been selected, the full path and filename are automatically entered in this field in the Image Properties window.

Note: For performance reasons, we recommend using a *.JPG or *.PNG format in order to keep the file size as small as possible.
