The Properties dialog box can be used to control the appearance of various elements in the Statement Designer. In addition to controlling element appearance, the Properties dialog box can also be used to control the attributes of the page layout (such as header height, page size, etc.) and even the default attributes for new elements. The Statement Designer uses several different Properties dialog boxes. The name of the Properties dialog box and the settings included in it depend on how the dialog box is accessed and what element(s) are selected when it is opened.
