Note: This program is not accessible unless Tabs3 is configured with the QBXML format in Customization.

Caution: It is important to back up your data prior to running this program. If this program is interrupted for any reason, it may be necessary to restore your data files and rerun this program. You will be given the opportunity to make a temporary backup immediately after selecting this program.

Note: These programs may take some time to run. We recommend having QuickBooks open when running these programs.

Type of Integration

The QuickBooks Integration window provides access to the following two integration processes:

Merge QuickBooks Data with Tabs3

Send Tabs3 Data to QuickBooks

Tabs3 File

This field is used to specify what information you want to send to QuickBooks or merge from QuickBooks in a batch process. The following options are available:

Client

Cost

Last Merge The date and time the last Merge QuickBooks Data with Tabs3 process was run is displayed in this window. The text "Merge has not been run" will be displayed if the merge program has never been run.

Note: This field is dimmed when the Send Tabs3 Data to QuickBooks option is selected.
