The QuickView group in the Quick Clicks pane provides a list of defined QuickViews for the current file. QuickViews are defined using the Manage QuickViews option in the QuickView group, which opens the Manage Quick Clicks window.

A to the left of a QuickView indicates that it is selected and the records on the List tab are currently being displayed using the settings of that QuickView. Only one QuickView can be selected at a time.

The following options are available in the QuickView group:

Manage QuickViews Select this option to open the Manage Quick Clicks window, allowing you to create or modify a QuickView via the QuickView Editor, as well as manage the QuickView group and other Quick Clicks groups.

Note: If the Manage QuickViews option is not shown, it has been hidden. Open the Manage Quick Clicks window to unhide the option.

The QuickView that is selected at the time a window is closed will automatically be used the next time the window is opened by that user.
